Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Team Supervisor and Coding Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for creating, organizing, developing, monitoring, and documenting the daily activities of a group of medical coders, auditors, trainers, or customer service agents. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks related to team management, client support, and team members' personal and professional development.
SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY: The work of this position is guided by defined policies, guidelines, and established practices and precedents. This position is responsible for adhering to all national guidelines as set forth by the Labor Code of the Philippines and various company guidelines.
