ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
TelevisaUnivision's Marketing team is currently seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Team Leader producer.
ABOUT YOU:
You are experienced and passionate for promoting Spanish-language content, the individual must have a digital/social first mentality and skill set, competitive mindset, always looking for new and innovative strategies that thrive in today's market.
YOUR DAY - DAY:
- _ Coordinate and organize the creative team's routine._
- _ Organize material folders and worksheets_
- _ Support for creative team_
- _ Handle approvals and changes with other teams_
- Stay alert to monthly priorities and calendars to guide the creative team
- Have good communications with all teams in order to get assets or materials for the creative team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last-minute programming changes with ease
- Ability to analyze research and insights and adjust creative based on performance on quantitative data
YOU HAVE:
- 1+ Streaming experience
- Campaign experience with a proven track record of developing quality marketing content with an eye for good taste.
- Strong understanding of production and post production processes
- Strong Spanish-language copywriting skills
- Experience with social media promotional strategy, trends, and online marketing campaigns
- Excellent PowerPoint/Keynote design presentation skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Be proactive
- Software / Tools: Slack, Monday, Teams, Sharepoint, Microsoft office
