We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to drive our sales team to new heights.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and productivity.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.- Monitor team performance and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of success.- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share best practices.- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.- Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive team environment.- Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales results, and other relevant metrics to senior management.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a call center environment (sales campaigns).- Strong understanding of sales strategies, call center operations, and performance metrics.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.- C1 or C2 English level.- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.- High level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to fostering a positive work culture.**What We Offer**:- Monthly base salary of $18,000.00 net Mexican pesos (bi-weekly pay).- Uncapped performance-based incentives + a special Team Leader bonus structure (paid monthly).- Punctuality & attendance bonus.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Law benefits.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Happy Hour on Fridays!- Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.Pay: From $18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 11530, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Team Leader of a sales campaign: 2 years (required)- cold sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- C1 or C2 English (required)Work Location: In person
