Assist to Value Stream management in development of planned maintenance programs, ensures the compliance of maintenance execution as well as ensures ESD and Mechanical stress controls plant wide.- Provide specific technical expertise to support special projects, pilot operations and product and process improvements, risk management actions.- Provide and implementing robust improvements actions to quality, safety and ergonomic risk detected in the maintenance task.- Responsible of maintenance methodologies implementation and follow up (Autonomous maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, RCM, etc.).- Evaluation and validation of the** ESD and Mechanical stress control processes**.- Lead the **TPM, ESD Control and Mechanical Stress Control groups**:- Responsible in the management and control of maintenance instructions and plan maintenance in SAP system.- Responsible of the** ESD** control and Mechanical stress control Areas.- Responsible in the implementation of maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies, such as RCM, Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.- Execution of cost reduction projects involving maintenance or equipment matters.- Attend system maintenance audits of quality systems and customers.Utilization of methodologies and analytical problem-solving tools to identify and implement improvement projects geared to reduce cost, eliminate scrap, improve quality and minimize downtime.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar- ** English Advanced**:- Leadership Awareness and Experience- Good Communication skills including English- Maintenance administration Systems and execution Experience- ** ESD Control Knwledge**:- Mechanical Strain Evaluation and Control Knowldege- Operations ExperienceAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
