**Responsibilities**:- Ability to document the existing environment and develop the strategy and tasks to prepare for changes to the design, describing the technical functions, as well as the business functions involved- Ability to generate technical roadmaps- Ability to train and mentor team members- Ability to accurately investigate and document the details of the current and future system- Excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools- Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including TDD (test driven development), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments- Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment and leverage best practices- Ability to think strategically and develop tactical methods to achieve objectives and goals- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources- Proven ability to keep multiple complex efforts moving forward quickly while exercising an appropriate level of discipline**Skills**:Must have- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Mechatronic- 7 or more years of hands on experience in the SW Development industry- High level of spoken English (conversational and technical)- Proficiency in: Work within an Agile environment, Test plan design, All aspects of QA testing: functional, end to end, user interface, smoke, and security testing- Behavior-driven development and test frameworks, Cucumber or Selenium- Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket)- API- Node.Js- .NET Core- C#- Azure CloudNice to have- CSS- UI/UX Design- Azure Blob- Cosmos DB- SignalR**Languages**:English: B2 Upper Intermediate**Seniority**:Lead**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationFull StackRef NumberVR-79307
