DESCRIPTIONIf you'd like to help us attract and hire the best student talent from all backgrounds to build the future of Amazon's global workforce, this is your chance to make history by joining the Amazon University Talent Acquisition recruiting team at Amazon in Latin America.In this role, you will:Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needsBuild innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for tech roles across AmazonManage the candidate experience, including the interview, feedback and selection process, fly-back coordination and team participation, the formulation and extension of offers, facilitation of new hire placements into work groups, processing of relocation and immigration initiationsIdentify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyManage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements to ensure all full-time and intern hiring goals are achieved.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree2+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experienceExperience building sourcing and closing strategies for tech rolesExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsAdvanced spoken and written EnglishFluent spoken and written SpanishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting teamAdvanced knowledge of Portuguese as a third languageOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
