.Job Description: About the Role:- Elaborate risk, vulnerabilities, mitigation reports to the Line Manager (Recommendations) that could affect employees/ Product and Infrastructure.- Supervise the incident reports elaborated by the RSOC department including the investigation documents (CCTV Reports) Informs and alerts.- Implement Security standards according CTPAT/AEO (Including global requirements) tendencies, and technological. Identify innovation systems applied in the supply chain and technologies to protect and improve the daily operations.- Align and Standardize with the Governance Manager the process, protocols, and procedures of the RSOC Department.- Define and coordinate functions and tasks related to the RSOC Department (Each Surveillance Employee) guarantee the compliance of activities, objectives, and KPI´s stablished.- Establishment of training programs related to policies and procedures at the RSOC Department.- Manage and ensure the compliance of indicators (VTA) which impact the logistic Operation, personnel, and operations.- Ensure the coverage of surveillance personnel for the correct and proper administration of the Diageo Operations.- Achieve the Budget efficiencies trough projects, and better Operation practices.- Periodically report to the Security Manager on risks and vulnerabilities and mitigation measures to safeguard the Company's operations.- Provide timely risk assessments, incident reports, investigated documents, summaries, and alerts.- Stay current with security industry practices (including C-TPAT, OEA, etc.), trends and technologies. Identify innovative supply chain security trends and technologies that could be leveraged to protect and improve operations.- Prepare written guidelines to guide all personnel on basic security measures and organize briefings and practice drills as appropriate.- Maintain a network of knowledgeable and influential individuals in government, law enforcement, security, intelligence, and internal functions to serve as resources, collaborators, and partners.- Cooperate, as necessary, in mutual operations with other Country Security Partners.- Prepare operational procedures and reaction protocols for the different operational areas that are provided service and act immediately on them.- Define and coordinate the functions and tasks of the Monitors to ensure that the results meet the security and protection objectives and establish KPIs for them.- Establish and conduct educational and training programs that focus on policies and procedures related to security programs.- Manage monitors in role planning, vacations, incidents, payroll, etc.- Inform and guarantee the correct function of the electronic Security systems (Access Controls/ Security Cameras) notify to the RSOC Coordinator Infrastructure the failure of any RSOC System
