For existing customers, the Account Manager initiates the Sales Cycle.- Prepares commercial proposals for professional and managed services through reference architectures, plans and customer documents supported by the architecture teams, practice leaders, and other professional and technical staff (both internal and external).- Contributes to sales effectiveness by identifying short and long term issues that need to be addressed; providing relevant technical feedback and input to discussions; recommends options and action plans for successful technical consultative selling, enhancing the brand and reputation of the company.- Develop relationships and liaise with Microsoft, AWS, Google or other partners on pre-sales and account planning activities.- Act as technical evangelist for marketing activities, including presenting solutions at conferences, conventions, user groups, webinars, etc.- Collaborate with the delivery team providing important information for a correct delivery to the customer as owner of the business opportunity.- Maintain and acquire technical certifications in assigned area and maintain business and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; personal networking; self-training using corporate portals.- Performance will be measured by contact signatures (TCV) and others criterias. Quarterly incentives based on sales quotas will be structured in bonus format.What we need to see from you:- Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems or related field.- 5 to 7 years professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software sales / software licensing experience
