Tech Support Call Center Agent

**About the Role**:AND is seeking a high-energy, team-oriented Support Specialist to provide technical support to one of our key clients.- Respond to general inquiries as well as troubleshoot technical inquiries, remote connecting into devices when needed- Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions- Alert management of customer feedback trends- Opportunity to work on additional projects as needed**Required Experience**:- 1+ years of Customer Support experience required- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS- Experience working with ticketing software a plus- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills- **English level (Cambridge chart)**:C1**Job Information**:- You must have availability from Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm- Two days off per week (one day on the weekend)- Competitive Salary- Discount Program, Grocery Voucher- Shuttle Service- Fully reported at IMSS
