Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, conducting troubleshooting, support process optimization, A deep understanding of GPS devices and fleet management software is essential.**Key Responsibilities**:- Be resourceful, conduct detailed remote troubleshooting, guiding customers through step-by-step with end to end solutions.- Proactively create and update knowledge based articles to capture common issues and solutions.- Take the ownership, identify and escalate complex technical issues to next level support or specialized teams, maintaining ownership until resolution.- Identify improvement opportunities through customer interactions.**Skills & Qualifications**:- 3-5 years in technical support, focusing on IoT device connectivity troubleshooting.- **Coding background with script testing and debugging.**:- Experience with telematics devices.- Residence in Mexico City**Salary**: $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Troubleshooting: 2 years (preferred)- Internet conectivity: 2 years (preferred)- Team managment: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Enlgish (required)Work Location: Remote
