We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Lead and manage web/landing page development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope- Supervise and provide guidance to in-house and outsourced developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment- Oversee CRM and paid marketing technology infrastructure and access; data management and analytics- Utilize your WordPress and PHP expertise to oversee the technical aspects of landing page development, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.- Work closely with the design studio team to understand their requirements and transform their designs into functional landing pages.- Serve as the escalation point for day-to-day support and QA across platforms- Ensure that all landing pages meet quality standards and are fully functional across various devices and browsers.- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and progress reports.- Act as a bridge between the design studio team and developers, facilitating clear and effective communication.- Act as the primary CRM and paid ads stakeholder in conversations with product and data to ensure we have the right tool and data**WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:**YOU ARE**- Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details Passionate about client satisfaction
