.Key Responsibilities:- Develops or updates technical training information based on the end user needs, client specifications/expectations and the current product information. This would be to support new development or updates to the customer curriculum courses.- Reviews researched product information to implement updates based on completed needs assessment for training development.- Support the creation of engaging courseware through the use of animations, videos and graphics working with latest technologies.- Create PPTs for Webinar that include engaging content and interactions- Ability to create objective-based classroom activities, may include the creation of vehicle bugs (faults)- Develops eLearning using Adobe Captivate- Develop classroom training content in an xml editor- Work on diverse tasks and projects with mínimal guidance.- Participates in meetings with clients and co-workers.- Advises Project Manager/Team Lead of project status and potential issues.**Qualifications**The ability to describe the operation and technical theory of various automotive components, systems or subsystems, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults within those systems and document the pertinent information needed to transfer knowledge to the end learner to ensure a quality learning experience.This includes the following:Knowledge of automotive systems theory, in any or all of the following areas:- Electronic and electrical fundamentals.- Mechanical procedures.- Modern automotive systems.- Automatic transmissions systems.- Ability to create classroom activities- Ability to communicate automotive concepts for use in eLearning- Ability to read, comprehend and follow complicated verbal and written communication (i.E. client communications, engineering draft material, electronic module design specifications and sub-system schematics).- Ability to meet deadlines, monitor and assess performance within deadlines and utilize appropriate resources to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.- Researching required base material using; existing technical literature, wiring diagrams, and CAD models.**Additional Information**Some of the key areas include:- Working with work colleagues to create required technical training documentation- Communicating clearly and openly with work colleagues- Exhibiting personal attributes that foster interpersonal relationships- Distributing, monitoring and reviewing work that flows through the team
