We create flexible, connectable, and scalable stores that enhance your user experience.We're a remote company based in Mexico, and our team of 100+ brings together strategists, architects, designers, and developers to craft innovative digital experiences.**About the Opportunity****Responsibilities**- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:Investigate business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Participate in workshops and meetings to capture user stories and acceptance criteria.- **Solution Design**: Work closely with the Product Manager and technical team to capture solutions that leverage Orium's expertise in MACH architecture, ensuring they meet the client's business objectives.- **Agile Collaboration**:Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization.- **Documentation and Communication**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and specifications. Communicate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.- **Problem-Solving**:Identify project risks and dependencies, proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement within the team and the broader organization.- **Client Support and Triage**:Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization for long-term Support clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.- **Market Awareness**:Stay informed of the latest trends in composable commerce, MACH architecture, and agile methodologies.**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a technical capacity within an agile environment.- Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and composable commerce concepts.- Proficiency in documenting requirements and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), essential for managing cross-regional projects and working with diverse stakeholders across the Americas- Familiarity with MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) is highly desirable.- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
