**Company information**:**Work environment**:Our positions in Monterrey are hybrid roles enabling our team to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Our office space in Monterrey was designed to promote collaboration for our scrum teams and increase our development velocity.

**Position summary**:This Technical Business Analyst role is a member of the Development Services Team.
This role partners with the Development Services Product Analyst, Development resources, and our customers to analyze and document user story requirements.
Their primary role is to assist with user stories and backlog items to ensure they are in a "_ready state_" for the development services team.
Ready state means that the user stories and acceptance criteria are clear with any functional/technical supporting artifacts included in the user story/feature/epic.
**Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities**:- Assists in backlog grooming to help with story point estimates and identifies dependencies within backlog items.- Contributes to daily Scrum meetings to discuss any items in progress or any blockers to development items.- Active participant in the Sprint Planning ceremonies to make sure items planned for the sprint are in a ready state.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the Development Services team and Product team to ensure business needs are clear.- Identifies/builds out any development sub-tasks that are needed to accomplish the user story.- Aligns with the team to be an advocate of the users' & functional partners' needs.- Assists in testing to ensure acceptance criteria have been met.- Proactive communication and collaboration with external and internal customers to understand information needs and functional requirements; and the delivery of appropriate artifacts as needed.- Experience in enterprise-wide requirements definition for management systems and methodologies.- Seamless collaboration with Architects and Enterprise Architects to recommend solutions for process improvements within existing environments.- Develop program technical and business-level documentation within Confluence and Jira systems.- Aware of technical composition of each release and configures unique system parameters for each environment.- Provide support during scheduled releases.- Development of requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
**Qualifications/Skills**:- Minimum of 5+ years experience in similar roles.- Knowledge of the banking industry, including experience with origination platforms, regulations, and products.- Background in Banking and Financial services is needed.- Experience with Postman, Agile, JSON.- Proficient in software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (certifications recommended)
