Technical Competence Development Lead

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**:Ensure the technical development of the workforce, through a measurable comprehensive development plan that allows preparing personnel in attitudes, knowledge, and skills, from the detection of technical training needs, as well as the preparation, design, and delivery of face-to-face or virtual training plans.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Advanced intermediate English proficiency- Currently based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua- Minimum experience of 2 years in training and developing the team of Maintenance Technicians, preferably for companies in the metalworking sector- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (tutoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)- Legal Training Compliance- University education- Management of ERP / CRM systems, Microsoft Office´s proficiency.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensa
