Job Title:Technical Consulta
Overview: This is an entry-level role that will work with BY internal customers that are implementing BY Solutions. The Technical Associate will learn about BY platforms and solutions. They will use BY's preferred platforms and test frameworks to create content, utilities, and automated tests to reduce the time to value for BY solution implementations. This role will focus on reducing implementation time (Source to BY/BY to BY/BY to Customer Systems), creating documentation, utilities, automation and enablement content. A successful Technical Associate will be a passionate about working with new technologies, have demonstrated technical skills (Database data manipulation, use of APIs to complete or automate a process, built a utility to automate or make something easier), demonstrated ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills – verbal as well as written.
Responsibilities: Work as part of a scrum team who is responsible for sprint, quarterly and yearly deliverables Work under the guidance and direction of Architects or senior team members to assist and own meeting Sprint deliverables Create utilities, perform testing, create content for training, present to internal teams or other duties as assigned. With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, assist with development of deployment packages using BY's preferred tools and BY's recommended best practices, patterns and templates. Assists with triage of issues, testing, support and identifying root cause. Desire to become a subject matter expert in the field of technical supply chain Other duties as assigned Required skills and experience: This position requires someone who is smart, highly motivated, learns quickly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced team environment Requires a bachelor's degree (in Engineering or equivalent) and 1 yearsof experience in Supply Chain domain Must have effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required Basic understanding of Customer business and processes Candidates with relevant experience on Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning suite of products Intermediate in MS Excel Good Knowledge of PL/SQL
Additional Job Description Should have a strong flair for technology and hands-on expertise in debugging/analyzing code in any of the programming languages (Java) Should contribute towards continual improvement to enhance customer experience using the NextGen technology skills (AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, Python, AI/ML, Azure) #LI-Remote
