**What You'll Do**:

**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and professional experience in related fields: Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering.
- English Proficient
- Strong analysis fundamentals and fix skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to present/communicate ideas effectively across different audiences, such as customers and internal partners.
- Ability to take ownership for customer success and drive customer satisfaction.
- Ability to successfully handle your tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Hands on experience using tools to configure, deploy and/or fix Cisco or other vendors' products and solutions.
- Ability to identify network topologies, build lab setups and collaborate with multiple technologies to replicate and resolve problems.
- Willingness to learn new skills to support different technologies and adapt to business needs.
- Solid ability to work with different multi-functional teams.
**Technical Profile**:
You have done at least two of the following activities:
- Analyze traffic and packet flows using packet analyzer such as Wireshark, Omnipeek or equivalent.
- Hands on experience in server virtualization using VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, linux KVM, ENCS NFVIS, etc.
- Admin fix experience of Linux-based hosts, servers, and devices (Performance issues, logs analysis and user management)
- Working knowledge in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, SNMP, and QOS.
- Hands on experience with multiple client device types, IEEE 802.11 Standards, Wireless Sniffing, Rogue Detection, RF Transmission, Antennas, etc.
- Ability to understand, explain and solve WLAN Security in the areas of Authentication, Encryption, IDS/IPS, AAA authentication, LDAP, Radius, EAP-TLS, LEAP, PEAP, PSK, AES-CCMP encryption, WPA (Wi-Fi Protocol Access), WPA2.
**Desired Skills**:
- Hands on experience administrating Wireless Cisco Technologies.
- Configure, implement, and fix API-based technologies
- Programming skills in Python and scripting.
- Server virtualization using VMWare, MS Hyper-V
- Deploy using AWS, Azure, GCP or Alibaba Cloud third party instances
