Overview:
We're looking for a go-getter with a passion to grow in the marketing communication field, who's willing to learn and take initiative. You will be responsible for creating, writing, and editing material for product technology, including products specs, A+ content, website content, manuals, catalogs, instruction books, brochures, promotions, data sheets, sales kits, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Gather raw inputs from PM experts and prepare easy-to-understand content including t products specs, A+ content, website content, manuals, catalogs, instruction books, brochures, promotions, data sheets, sales kits, advertisements, and marketing campaigns and, data, drawings, and charts.
- Develop and publish error-free documents with a focus on developing content that is easy to understand by the end users of the material.
- Support the sales and marketing teams through the delivery of relevant and timely marketing content and key deliverables through a variety of communication channels.
- Develop and manage a global editorial content calendar to coordinate communication and channels to ensure audiences remain informed.
- Promote and encourage creative ways to communicate brand's vision, through storytelling and across a variety of channels.
- Compile necessary research and inputs and write technical documents to support the end use of products.
- Work closely and collaboratively with PM and Sales to ensure a single voice approach to both the customer facing copy and the technical specifications.
- Maintain, in a detailed and organized manner, the electronic libraries of all materials used in the development of products and instructional materials from development phases through release to production.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Writing, Marketing or related fields preferred; 2 years professional business experience.
- Experience in technology environments is required.
- B2C and B2B marketing and/or agency experience a plus.
- Highly polished writing and editing skills, strong presentation and verbal communication skills - generated through critical attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management, planning, execution, time-management, follow-through.
- Communicate effectively and work extremely well with multidisciplinary teams, excel in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter able to work independently to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment, with flexibility and willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Experience with Creative Suite and/or digital marketing tools a plus.
