Responsibilities • Responsible for the development of projects and facilities, ensuring the smooth operation and status of the equipment installed to ensure the correct dosage of chemicals, industrial safety and environment of customers.
• Ensuring best practices and processes at TCS-SE level on the field. Ensure quality of installation provided by audit.
• Define installation standard with Engineering team and improve it constantly.
• Setting new equipment under standard agreement.
• Communication to customer regarding installation (before and after of installing it).
• Report project model to Customers before and after Setting.
• Define / Offer Maintenance Program as a "SWAT team".
• Set installation under standard image / brand / layout.
Internal Responsibilities • Collaborate with Engineering team to define the most competitive equipment (performance / cost) portfolio in the market and harmonize it through I&L LATAM.
• Coach to Installation team in any technical doubt about installations. It requires constant trips to the country.
• Responsible to define the policies (from Installation perspective) of control inventories, capex, obsoletes and slow movings.
• Management over the main P& Lines: Dosing equipment – Free goods and Technical Service.
• KPI tracking. On going KPI and 6 month evaluations.
• Look for "0" claim for 6 month period after installation was done (only in structural issues) Safety setting.
• Report Installation status to Sales Force.
• Benchmark between countries.
• Correct GPR Allocation.
• Training to all Technical and Commercial team.
• Lead the forecast of equipment and spare parts.
• Coordinate purchase order (technical information, Improve impo / expo process).
• Audit installation in the operations.
• Installation guide by equipment, final cost by country.
• Forecast process & Inventory balance among Opcos.
• The team must define with vendors, R&D, Marketing and Engineering team new equipment at country level.
• Training program agenda by country. e-Learning test.
• Testing new equipment with Engineering team.
• Best Practices in installations – Corporate Image.
• Responsible for funnel of innovations and improvement of current portfolio.
• Propose improvement of spare part to reduce turn over.
• Assure correct SHE installation and environment-friendly.
