**You Are**:
A Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is a professional responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project or product delivery.
**The opportunity**:
- Technical Leadership: Provides technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams.
- Project Planning: Develops and implements technical project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates technical risks and issues.
- Team Management: Leads and mentors technical teams, including engineers, developers, and testers.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures high-quality delivery of products or services.
- Technical Communication: Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
**What you need**:
- 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Project manager including Agile methodologies
- Technical expertise in a technical domain or industry
- Working with technical teams as a leader or program manager
- Delivering challenging goal for complex technical projects
- Nice to have:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Agile Certifications (e.g., AgilePM, ACP)
**Benefits**
