Technical Information Analyst Temp

In this role, you will be creating and updating the Inspection plan in SAP for raw material with a team responsible of the religious management (Kosher and Halal): To coordinate the Rabbi visit and audits, Follow up in Digital Kosher for approvals.**Specific Duties Include**:- Tariff classification in Mexico- Clarification of nutritional calculations- Rabbis management- Answer customer's nutritional and food safety requirements- Knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Normativity for Quality and Food Safety or documents creation**Job Requirements**:**Job Requirements**- Bachelor´s Degree on Chemistry, Biology, Food industry Related or 3 year of experience on Food industry- Strong written and verbal communication skills English and Spanish- Team player- Self-starter with good organizational skills- Strong planning, prioritization, and scheduling skills. Organized.- Ability to problem solve- Ability to communicate in both written and verbal format English and Spanish- Bias for action- SAP and Office
