Technical Lead

The Technical Lead role is to support Automotive IT software team in in the development of new syster the organisation.The main responsabilities are:
Service architecture paradigms. Generates a technical work plan, and assigns tasks to programmers Manages the team, supervises and measures the good performance of the team members Proposes technical to solve business needs Generates good communication with the client and the work team Oversees compliance with programming and documentation standards Ensures compliance with customer requirements Present appropriate diagnostics to the issues raised Ensures compliance with customer SLAs Coordinates in an objective technical manner a multidisciplinary work team and establishes effective agreements with other teams/work áreas to ensure the smooth operation of the services and systems. Develop technical proposal. Estimate the effortand time needr the development. Verify that software engineers have the technical skills to perform their work, in case of identifying gaps propose a solution strategy. Generate together with the team corrective actior defecund in the stages of unit test review, integration, system and acceptance, through a root cause analysis. Make a plr implementation work product reviews. Ensures that senior management is aware of and able to provide the required resources.This job might r you if you have:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences - years of Importante empresa as leader in software development Programming Languages:
