Digital Alchemy is an inclusive and diverse employer, actively recruiting for a strong and diverse workforce.About the RoleAs a Technical Lead in Marketing Automation, you will provide technical consulting services to various stakeholders, including Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams.
You will own the development of solutions to enable automated multi-channel data-driven campaigns and provide proactive consulting and advice on best practice campaign design based on your deep understanding of marketing technology capabilities and business outcomes.Responsibilities:Lead technical delivery teams on end-to-end implementation of marketing automation projects.Develop technical requirements and associated solution design documents.Collaborate with senior business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery.Run workshops to gather technical requirements for solutions.Facilitate communication between marketing and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.Prioritize tasks based on business-critical outcomes and work in an agile manner.Analyze client data and current campaigns to design solutions and identify opportunities for value addition.Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing automation using platforms such as Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing marketing automation capabilities in large organizations.Experience in multi-platform environments requiring data orchestration across systems.Experience with integrations into Database systems, both on-premise (Teradata, Oracle) and cloud (GCP, AWS).Proficient in SQL for data analysis.Experience in reporting solutions and BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).Experience in Data Engineering using various integration technologies.Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP is beneficial.Strong systems and business analysis skills, including technical specifications and process documentation.Consulting skills with stakeholder management across teams.Background in managing key projects or consultative work with a successful track record.Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business outcomes
