Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to maximize their potential through paid search and native marketing on the Microsoft Ads platform. Aleph will manage the full business process across sales, account management, marketing, finance, collection, and billing in 27 countries across Latin America._The technical Lead is a role for a performance expert, with deep knowledge of SEM and passion for working on the most advanced solutions in digital marketing. You will be responsible for technical excellence in the business unit. The way to achieve this is by working along the team of Client Growth Managers in the most complex cases that our clients present. These cases may involve new products implementations, solving technical issues, going deep into the campaigns to improve performance and other initiatives.**Main Responsibilities**- Be the most technically proficient member of the team, a go-to source for technical issues, complex account optimizations and product integrations.- Take ownership for resolving Microsoft Advertising platform technical issues and work with customers to optimize implementations.- Create and execute a project plan for new customer integrations working with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical dependencies and roadblocks for a successful integration and deployment.- Train the team and push for technical excellence.- Provide hands-on expert advice on campaign optimization, working by projects or requests of the account management team.- As the most up to date team member on new solutions, you will prepare ad hoc training sessions, present best practices and share learnings. You will be a mentor and coach for multiple audiences
