The ideal candidate will lead delivery initiatives for our product group, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timing metrics (Q, C, T).The role involves technical and managerial oversight for product development in telematics and Bluetooth-based hardware, with a strong emphasis on OEM customer and competitor benchmarking, quality improvement, and continuous efficiency measures.Key Responsibilities:Project and Product Development Leadership: Lead the delivery strategy, provide technical guidance to the project team, and support developers in defining project delivery strategies, including readiness for new technologies.System-Level Product Launch: Oversee hardware development for telematics and Bluetooth-based devices and support system-level product launches.Quality and Efficiency Improvement: Drive continuous quality improvements and efficiency measures within project teams.Technical Guidance and Mentoring: Mentor project teams, review engineering requirements, and conduct competitor benchmarking.Roadmap and KPI Tracking: Create a roadmap for the assigned team, manage technical KPIs (e.G., defect density, rework ratio), and track project delivery.SPICE Compliance and Feasibility Analysis: Ensure process compliance with ASPICE, perform technical feasibility assessments for customer requirements, and align project teams technically.Resource and Risk Management: Handle resource deployment, talent reviews, skill gap analysis, training needs, fiscal planning, and resource management through CPT.Project Tracking and Stakeholder Management: Track project progress, manage risks, conduct stakeholder communications, and control budget, scheduling, and defect tracking.People and Cost Management: Engage teams, manage recruitment and onboarding, track KPIs, handle cost planning, and ensure people engagement.Escalation Management: Manage escalation and coordinate conflict resolution when needed.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSQualifications:Educational Background: BE / B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Industrial Electronics.Industry Experience: 5-8 years in the automotive industry, with experience in product development and project management/program management in the automotive industry
