**We're looking for a Technical Lead, who can do a good balance between some project management and hard technical skills.
The person should be able to identify whether to put a stop during a meeting or continue presenting a point, motivate its team, and have solid knowledge and skills of architecture and development within but not limited to the Microsoft environment.
**Responsibilities**:- Oversees all project operations from inception to execution.- Responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members.- Highly organized and can multitask.- Creates project plans with relevant team members.- Supervises team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.- Prepare progress reports for senior management.- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.- Be prepared to get hands-on coding**It can be a perfect match if you meet...**- A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.- 7 years minimum of experience in IT, project management or a related field.- Have worked on data migration projects with experience in data migration/extraction strategies- Excellent leadership abilities.- Excellent computer literacy skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in the English language.
**_Related Technologies and knowledge:_**- .Net Framework,.Net Core, Python- HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, (Angular is a plus), C# (Java is a plus), SQL- Visual Studio, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio- API and Web Development (Microservices is a plus)- Agile (Scrum is a plus) software development life cycle- Jira or MS DevOps content management- Azure (AWS is a plus)
