Technical Manager

Responsible for training the new project requirements to the designated TS.Responsible for reviewing all the specs and information and preparations of Inspection Checklists for all new projects.Supervise all Technical Supervisors for Job Preparation, man day's estimation, review report, and field inspection methodology aPlan and follow up the QE's On-site SupervisionCollect Error reports from Technical Supervisors and use it as input to identify training needs for TS and QEs as required iInvestigating the Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP. Attend meeting with client as requested.Conduct in-house training for both TS's and QE'sConduct Annual TS and QE Performance review**Requirements**:Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline.Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.5 years minimum industry experience in a management or supervisory capacity required.Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformityGood command in theory and practice of sampling plan and AQL.Organized, good verbal and written communication skills, proven leadership, effectively instruct others, work efficiently under a minimum of supervision, travel as required, systematic problem solving, employee relations.Language Skills: - English (Acceptable speaking level, Good in reading and writing)
