As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the technical functions: In this role, you will: Oversee the coordination and compliance of contractual obligations with clients (CFE, CFEnergia) and the O&M company (MGT).
Act as the communication interface between the company and relevant regulatory entities.
Manage internal and external reporting to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
Provide cultural and linguistic support for foreign CTO, ensuring smooth communication and integration.
Supervise the CTO team, ensuring tasks are aligned with technical and business priorities.
Lead preparations for internal and external audits, inspections, and third-party verifications.
Play a key role in the development and preparation of the annual business plan, budget, and quarterly Board of Directors reports.
Support new business initiatives by providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
