In your new role you will be: Responsible as technical interface function in the process 'Design-In to Design-Win' for one or more customers (worldwide)Drive the solution of customer problems in applications of Infineon productsActively support customers in their qualification processesGet customer feedback on product performance and limitations, consolidate and bring improvement suggestions into the organization in a structured wayGenerate different approaches for new opportunities with ideas for go-to-market activitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with other internal interface functions (marketing, R&D) through regular rounds of experience exchange and sharing of findingsMaintain regular contacts with external contact personsCarry out tasks in the field for 'Design-In Material' for the market launch of products, including application notes, technical presentations, 'Fighting guides' (distinguishing features), demo boards, and the presentation of products at external events (e.g., trade fairs)Develop application and evaluation tools (hardware and software) and coordinate activities for '3rd party tools and services'Perform application-relevant measurements, evaluation (use cases), and validation in the customer applicationServe as the worldwide contact person for a defined product groupExecute technical trainings E1 Level to internal and external sales partners and customersStructured creation and maintenance of technical customer documentation (data sheets, manuals, ...)Cooperate in failure analysis and customer returns on behalf of quality assurance You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree3 - 5 years of experience in the fieldKnowledge of the semiconductor industryMarket to Business experienceNew Product Introduction experience
