The SME TC play a critical role as trusted advisor and as a technology evangelist in the technical enablement of the business partners and the success of the digital services business in the channel organization.The Value Channel Inside Presales Technical Consultant role is an experienced level Technical Presales role in the commercial channel organization. In this role the TC will focus on training the trainers, partner technical enablement, 2nd level support and escalation management, advanced Troubleshooting/research, creating repeatable Demos on HP Anyware and/or HP Wolf Security. While having main responsibility on specific markets, the TC will be part of a global team.**Responsibilities**- Provide technical recommendations, direction and guidance on HP Digital Services. This includes HP Anyware and HP Wolf Security solutions.- As a Subject Matter Expert, answer and track technical questions from partners, other channel presales TCs and HP Channel Salesforce- Deliver "train the trainer" technical training to the channel partners at a country/market/ww level to empower them on technical consulting functions- Evangelize the DS solutions in the Channel- Create and/or document repeatable demos and supporting documents for PoCs- Enable the channel Partners to do POCs for their customers and advise on /provide channel demo's- 2nd Level Technical presales escalation management for channel TCs and channel partnersAdvanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, research- Support business development activities together with the Channel BDMs- Technical Presales Consulting to our Channel Partners, Channel BDMs, PBMs, in order to enable our partners to provide the right outcomes for channel end customers- Offer technical support and coordination with channel partners for Industry events- Provide proactive technical updates to the channel sales community supported.- Maintain the quality of the service and the total customer experience (TCE).- Maintain and manage a competitive and appropriate level of technical and professional competence.**Knowledge/Skills Required**- Proficient in English with close-to-native-level speaking, reading, and writing skills. A second language to conduct business in is highly desired.- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience preferably in a technical/engineering field- Minimum 4 years of consulting or similar experience
