.Technical Product CoordinatorAs part of the technical product management innovation structure, you will have a strategical role as a technical partner in the innovation process, by owning the technical value proposition, translating the consumer voice into technical insights & enablers for new product development.We break barriers between technical and commercial teams to enable product delivery and connect with internal and external ecosystems to find the best technical solutions to maximize our value proposition according to market needs focused on profitable and sustainable growth.About the roleThe Technical Product Coordinator for Personal Care (PC) is a technical enabler who owns the development of the technical value proposition for the innovation projects of the BU (product and specifications), by bringing and enabling technology differentiators to our core portfolio and new products. Works and leads technical project management across region and key local-regional and global interfaces to bring the technical solutions in terms of materials, products, packaging, and process. Works in a multi-cultural environment, being a key interface between the technical and commercial teams to land innovation projects, sustainability and owning the technical compliance assessment (product safety, regulatory compliance, functionality, substantiation, and any kind of technical validations) to ensure that all new products and specifications meet the required standards and consumer and business expectations, delivering superior and profitable products.What you will do:Work with PC projects for Mx, NA, and CAM, focusing on:Coordinate and influence key interfaces according to our B&B.Work with internal teams, including initiatives, developers, engineers, marketing, manufacturing, and innovation to make technically feasible different products and develop new solutions to feed the innovation funnel according to the business plan.Participate and drive technology enabling in the exploration and ideation process to find the right technical solutions to relieve consumer pains and business needs.Initial prototyping.Understand consumer needs/pains and translate them into technical product solutions.Evaluate and deal with technical risks and build plans to mitigate them.Develop product specifications and update related technical documentation for innovation projects, being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.Create and define success criteria for product testing, substantiation, and development within the innovation process, jointly with R&D, regulatory and initiatives teams.Drive PSA, IP, and Regulatory assessment to fulfill all the new product requirements according to local legislations and global policies.Find technical solutions across internal (global/regional teams) and external (suppliers, etc.) to deliver the best product solution for innovation projects
