The Product Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between product management, business customers and technical teams on organization wide projects and implementations. They will consult with the product management to understand its goals and objectives, translate those objectives into technical, functional requirements and design. They will work with product management and implementation partners to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate, and document business needs and requirements for optimizing business processes, and information. This position requires solid business acumen, the ability to effectively participate in all phases of software development and project life cycles, expert analytical ability, and strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Product team to determine product features needed
- Take feature requirements to the development team to define technical architecture and requirements.
- Document the process in LucidChart, and Jira
- Assess impact of new requirements on existing functionality and work with technical team to document.
- Manage Jira projects to see the features through the development lifecycle
- Coordinate with the QA team to complete unit and regression testing prior to production releases and ensure Test Cases accurately reflect feature requirements
- Facilitate meetings with product team, engineering and business and communicate technical information in a natural and easy to understand language and format.
- Develop and manage relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Assist Product team in continually managing product specifications, requirements, backlog, dependencies, schedule, identify risks, critical path and develop risk mitigation strategies to efficiently meet business needs.
- Write user stories and requirements, prioritize requirements for releases and manage defect prioritization to ensure successful release of products and features.
- Continually manage backlog, dependencies, schedule, identify risks, critical path and develop risk mitigation strategies to efficiently meet business needs.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Assist with the management of Jira projects
**Qualifications**
- Attention to detail, and the ability to write clear, concise documentation for stakeholders is a must.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team in completing assigned work tasks to deliver expected work products on time.
- Extensive experience with a variety of web based and online technologies
- Expertise using Jira
- Strong analytical skills to clarify and to refine requirements or processes through a variety of techniques; seek to understand and challenge to create clarity and quality.
- Able to multi-task with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- People management and leadership skills highly desired.

- Diligent and meticulous
- Accustomed to achieving objectives in dynamic, high-pressure organizations.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, AWS, Testiny and Serverless technologies a plus.
- Project Management experience a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per
