Participate actively in the steps of the training process to achieve people development and inspire the builders of tomorrow.Responsibilities:Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email.Interact with technology (R&D), supply chain (factory), and product management to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.Be an escalation point for technical issues reported by customers.Escalate technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and follow up until the issues are closed.Qualifications:You have at least 2 years of experience, ideally within a helpdesk/technical support or network engineer/systems engineer role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
