This is a hands-on role in which you will be involved in the end-to-end C3 AI Applications release process. This includes planning, design, software development, code quality, security, performance and scalability, release readiness, and all associated quality processes.

**Responsibilities**:
- **Program Management**:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Act as the main liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and facilitate effective communication.
- **Technical Leadership**:
- **Process Improvement**:
- Implement and refine best practices in program management.
- Lead retrospective reviews to gain insight into improvement opportunities for future project execution.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's or graduate degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within AI or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and associated technologies.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a perceptive attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Technical background in software engineering or data science.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
