**The Role**:This is an opportunity for a talented Technical Program Manager to join our growing Tech Holding family.

**Key Responsibilities**:- Ability to work both at a team level and with management with skills to run projects and summarize, elevate and create the right optics- Excellent ability to create project plans, WBS from start defining clear goals, objectives and milestones working with the team in a fast-moving environment.- Work with team members to plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects and initiatives (and from a 'start')- Oversee daily tasks of projects working toward established milestones with teams and keeping everyone infirmed- Hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address questions or challenges.
Work to drive to recommendations.- Assess Risks for projects and initiatives, work with the team to elevate as needed**Qualifications**:- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in corporate PMO environment.- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wrike, MS Teams and other related project management and collaboration tools.- Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Ability to help define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments.- Work with team members to help prioritize needs and goals.- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Excellent communication skills and collaboration, can do attitude.- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decisions.- Able to use influence and inspire project team members.- Able to anticipate and remove impediments, provide escalation management and make tradeoffs by balancing business needs with technical constraints.- Self-motivated with a strong desire to initiate and drive projects; ability to work independently and in a team.- Able to contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
