.**Technical Program Manager****Role Responsibilities**:- Decompose complex product features into specific use cases and detailed technical requirements that are ready for development.- Create and execute roadmaps, project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.- Coordinate and monitor development team workflows to ensure cohesion and efficiency.- Maintain a strong understanding of the feature pipeline and your team's work capacity.- Evaluate and refine team processes to empower team members to deliver high-quality work.- Engage with customers, including product partners, vendors, and technical stakeholders to better understand the product and their needs.- Work with support and training teams to prepare users to take advantage of new product developments.- Identifies opportunities and leads efforts to improve program methodology excellence and best practices within the product.**Qualifications**:- 8+ years in technical program management in a related industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Experience in managing Agile software development projects, software development life cycle, and quality processes, such as scoping, costs, schedules, deliverables, change and risk management, and mitigation.- A deep intuitive sense for building effective software products that exceed users' expectations.- Strong technical aptitude. Can converse with technical partners, development team, and QA engineers at a highly technical level.- Experience breaking down user stories into development deliverables.- A strong delivery focus and the will to perform all tasks required to complete the job and meet deadlines.- Strong presentation and training delivery experience.- Well-organized, detailed planning and scheduling expertise. Can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of high-priority items.- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effect the right outcome for the team/customer.
