Together, let's create the extraordinary!Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Program Management Director, Technical Program Manager role involves being in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.- Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English.- Previous experience in NPI & Sustaining.- Previous experience in program administration/ management or related area.- Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
