**Technical Program Manager**
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Decompose complex product features into specific use cases and detailed technical requirements that are ready for development.
- Create and execute roadmaps, project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and monitor development team workflows to ensure cohesion and efficiency.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the feature pipeline and your team's work capacity.
- Evaluate and refine team processes to empower team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Engage with customers, including product partners, vendors, and technical stakeholders to better understand the product and their needs.
- Work with support and training teams to prepare users to take advantage of new product developments.
- Identifies opportunities and leads efforts to improve program methodology excellence and best practices within the product.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years in technical program management in a related industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in managing Agile software development projects, software development life cycle, and quality processes, such as scoping, costs, schedules, deliverables, change and risk management, and mitigation.
- A deep intuitive sense for building effective software products that exceed users' expectations.
- Strong technical aptitude.
Can converse with technical partners, development team, and QA engineers at a highly technical level.
- Experience breaking down user stories into development deliverables.
- A strong delivery focus and the will to perform all tasks required to complete the job and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation and training delivery experience.
- Well-organized, detailed planning and scheduling expertise.
Can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of high-priority items.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effect the right outcome for the team/customer.
Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions.
- Experience developing SaaS offerings.
- Use of Project Management Software (Jira, SmartSheets, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
