Join the Development Excellence (DevX) team in revolutionizing the quality and efficiency of Intel's datacenter product development process by designing and deploying new systems to scale productivity through intelligent knowledge management.
The DevX team is a group of highly passionate, quality-minded engineers with a wide breadth of product development.This position will drive the execution of the systems engineering and requirements management process for the next generation of Xeon products and will be the link between systems engineering and stakeholders for multiple Xeon products being developed in parallel.The DevX technical program manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Documenting and managing project scope, objectives, and implementation plan.- Tracking and managing ownership and dependencies.- Tracking and managing schedule to ensure requirements milestones criteria are met.- Managing Stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle from planning to architecture and validation.- Identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks.- Reviewing the project plan, status report and indicators regularly with stakeholders and product execution team.- Negotiating and adjusting project scope with stakeholders.- Problem-solving, and decision-making on tactical issues.- Driving issues and gaps to closure.- Collaborating tightly with Systems Engineering defining process and tools/infrastructure.
**Qualifications****Minimum qualifications**:- BS in an engineering discipline or related (Documentation related to bachelor's degree completion will be required).- 5+ years of engineering experience.- 4+ years of program management experience.- Experience working with modern project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid methodology.
**Preferred Qualifications**:- Proficiency in systems engineering, requirement management, and lifecycle management software tools and processes such as Polarion, DNG, ProMark architecture specs, design guides, data sheets, wikis/Confluence, etc.
