- Manage pre-production orders, build plan, schedule builds at Pilot, and ship to the customer.
- Manage SW industrialization at the Pilot and Production plant.
- Release TDN and DCN's
- Support IMDS releases and PPAP submissions.
- Act as the project representative for tracking Hardware across the globe
- Is comfortable using various Harman Tools and processes
- Inventory Management and Control for various activities in US
- Act as a reference point for queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management
- Be a point of contact for Tools, Inventory Management, SOW, Procurement, CAB's - tracking & reporting
- Provide a central repository for all projects and project information
- Setup overall team weekly meetings/ensure that Minutes are Captured, Actions are discussed and tracked to closure.
- Effort tracking and management - Tracking of planned vs Actual efforts and creating reports out of the same which would help Management take meaningful decisions.
- Collation of status reporting across multiple programs and business functions
- Creating PR and PO in Ariba
- Submitting invoices to the finance team for payment.
- Working in tandem with the procurement team and SAP/SRM teams to resolve issues on a timely manner.
- Help in tracking PR and PO status from the procurement team proactively and ensure that all dependencies/issues are addressed upfront and escalate to PM if there are any issues.
- Any ad-hoc request for project support
- Hardware management
- Manage the overall SOW's / Workorders
- External resource onboarding and exits
- Manage and Track the overall resource utilization
