The Technical Project/Program Manager coordinates between multiple solution delivery teams when projects/programs are built. The TPM is responsible for managing project/program budget, timeline, and working with Product Management to ensure scope delivery meets overall program goals and vision according to definitions of success. The TPM is critical in orchestrating a successful delivery of a complex initiative that spans across multiple teams, BPGs, SGDs, or technology areas. They facilitate the critical path of work development and delivery across all dependent teams, defining and clearing blockers and ensuring a steady flow of work through the contributing teams. TPMs understand the scope of the project/program at a macro level and are accountable for keeping all leadership, impacted teams, and collaborators updated at all times about the progress, risks, and critical milestones of enterprise-level deliveries.

Responsibilities Ensure deliverables are aligned across contributing teams for projects and programs. Provide program-specific knowledge transfer as new members are added to the program. Drive cross-functional program priorities. Track and manage program artifacts. Coordinate handoffs of program deliverables. Drive program retrospectives upon closure and after completion of critical milestones. Engage with SDG TPM Spoke Lead to share feedback on Program Management tools, standards, processes and areas for improvement. Support Portfolio managers with work Intake as requested. Support PI Planning (for SAFe driven engagements), and other work planning efforts to synthesize outputs into appropriate program materials in partnership with RTE, and Product roles. Required Skills/Experience 2+ years of project management or related experience with an emphasis in Agile methodologies. Experience in planning and implementation of cross-functional business efforts. Effective in influencing, making high-quality decisions, and taking decisive action. Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. Strong meeting management skills. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to analyze poorly defined areas and processes within a cross-functional organization and implement new and improved processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sound judgment about, when, how, what, and to whom to communicate. Inform, educate, and inspire employees. Ability to quickly establish and build close working relationships with team members of varying backgrounds and positions within an organization. Comfort with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex problems. Solution-oriented, collaborative & curious mindset. Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations. Other Skills/Preferred Requirements Strong presentation skills. Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Google, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack). Workday Project Management Certification. Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge is a plus. PMP and/or Agile certification.
