YOUR TASKSLead the Development team and coordinate the Mechanical, Electronics, Optical, Simulation, and Software domains in Rear Lamps development projects.Ensure the technical realization of Rear Lamp development projects achieving legal and customer requirements and timing and cost milestones.Responsible for the coordination and analysis of the technical requirements of our customers and the development of the system concept with an interdisciplinary team consisting of hardware, software, and design.The evaluation of technical changes and the development and implementation of appropriate solutions.Bundle the know-how of the functions represented and represent these functions in the project team and in the direction of the customer.Define the system breakdown in terms of hardware, software, and design and commission their project-specific development system characteristics.Analyze correlations and effects and ensure the reliable realization of system properties and release defined component configurations after testing.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSA completed degree in Physics or in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with a reinforcement in the areas of design, lighting technology, or electronics and strong analytical thinking.
MS preferable.More than 6 years of experience in the development of electronic, optical, or mechanical systems and an expert in at least one of these disciplines.Capability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, manage budget, resources, define timing plan and prioritize activities to achieve customer and internal milestones.Capability to handle the customer.Fluent English as well as a high disposition to travel and mobility.Self-initiative organized and ownership.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.
