**Position Summary**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage elasticity by understanding a constantly changing demand for Security Architecture engagement, while forecasting need for variable supply of consultants
- Manage administrative issues for variable supply of off-shore consultants
- Manages multiple projects end-to-end offering on-time, within budget, and with quality as per scope. Projects are across four entities.
- Manage internal projects developing new technology and operating models for the Security Architecture team
- **Manage weekly and monthly executive reporting and metrics management **.
- Responsible for providing status and raising issues to Senior Management, Technology Management, and to Business and Technology Release Management as appropriate.
- Interdependency Tracking-Responsible for ensuring early engagement of cross impacted teams such as Enterprise Architecture, Information Risk, Tech Infrastructure etc
- Managing the change control process, overseeing the projects financial approval process, managing project issues/ risks, developing contingency plans, and other activities in support of the team¿s overall success.
- Responsible for contributions beyond typical PM role, including supporting Product Management, BA, QA and Developer activities
**Experience**
- 15+ years professional experience in banks or other financial institution, consulting firm, and/ or software company
- 10+ years project management experience leading complex projects, valued at $1M or greater
- Experience as a data analyst
- Performed executive presentations for status and strategic planning
- Experience in leading several complex system projects
- Power user of office automation and tools including PowerPoint, Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel and Visio
**Competencies**
- Leveraged **JIRA **and Confluence for managing agile epics, stories, and tasks. Data analysis from JIRA, tracking KPI´s, KRI´s
- Knowledge or experience delivering **AWS Cloud **projects
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
- Applies judgment and common sense; pragmatic solutions and plans
- Identifies conflicts in project schedules and works to resolve discrepancies
- Balances big picture implications with details around a specific problem
- Identifies key issues and structures problems independently
