**Responsibilities**
**Technical Project Management Sr. Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
- This role will assist the Technical Project Management teams located in Mexico Business Services (MBS) or Hyderabad Business Services (HBS) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of R&D Project Management globally. _
**Accountabilities**
**/ Responsibilities**- Project analyst to provide outstanding customer, technical, project management, and communication support for Global R&D technology investment projects- Central coordination of activities between key project stakeholders (e.g., Project Management, Data and Systems Administration, External Vendor(s), Business Subject Matter Experts, and Internal IT resources)- Drive day-to-day project activities in support of meeting deliverables- Provide general administrative, status reporting and project coordination support in a fast-paced, global environment- Ensure clear communications across stakeholders in support of meeting deliverables- Serve as liaison across stakeholder groups to eliminate ambiguity and drive to clarity of deliverables, ownership, deadlines, and dependencies- Gather and drive stakeholder requirements through the planning, analysis, development, and testing phases- Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams-
- Translate system end user needs, into technical solutions and feasibility with IT- Create mockups demonstrating As-Is and To Be system process and design
**Qualifications**Fluent in English is a must- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Computer Science, or Chemical Engineering- 2 - 4 years of professional experience in food/Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods, or IT.- Ability to interpret and assess complex technical information- Communication skills- Collaborative skills- Problem - solving skills- Knowledge in SAP or Power Bi (preferred)
