**/ Responsibilities**- TSG (Technical Stage Gate; R&D Innovation Process)- Building TSG agendas and confirming topics- Inputting nutritional guardrail concession into system- Real time pulls for compliance- AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
- Collect funding requests from Teams and combine it into report.- GBS could get data for requests and put together into report- Analyze requests and categorizing to help drive discussion of funding/prioritization- Tracker-
- What products, highlights from TSG 1 pager (myInnovation), and link to TSG 1 pager for additional info- Manually entered info on OpEx Project Tracker- Building reports from data in tracker- Report on products that have launched in the last quarter (Quarterly Report)- Resource Analysis- Report twice a year- Pulling data from AOP and budget
- FTE's on project
- can also pull info from myInnovation/Accolade on project complexity/ weeks per gate/etc.- Where are our resources getting used and where are dollars going? What kind of projects is R&D doing- Stakeholder mapping and engagement with teams outside of Beverages category, but within R&D.- Managing project meetings; capture and follow-up on open actions with action owners- Maintain the risk register/issue log/action log/decision log (RAID log)- Request Hazard Transfer Document (HTD), other trials requirements- Retrospective analysis must be done at regular intervals to ensure any course correction can be done (if needed)
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications / Requirements**Fluent in English is a must- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering- 2 - 4 years of experience with product development or project management- Ability to interpret technical information, escalate issues and seek alignment towards workable solutions- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Familiarity with PMI methodology preferred. Project Management Professional Certified (PMP) a plus, eligibility to get the certification is a plus-
