In this role you are the project manager in a team that develops validation hardware solutions for Intel products and newest Intel's IPs targeted at next gen CPUs, debug and probing solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex printed circuit boards and/or subsystems for Intel® architecture server platforms for validation of enterprise processors and chipset

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Focus on managing projects that will be performed by an outsourcing company
- Lead project plan creation and assess complexity for alignment with suppliers
- Manage scope of work and outsourcing budgets
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensure projects meet quality, timeline and cost requirements
- Manage relationships with project clients and stakeholders
- Manage risks within a project setting mitigation and contingency plans
- Ensure Project Life cycle compliance, including reviews and learning sessions
- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of working experience OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and 4+ years of working experience.

Qualifying working experience referenced above include:

- Experience in the tech industry as project manager
- Experience working internationally
- Experience working with suppliers and contractors
- You must have knowledge of board design process and competency in industrial CAD toolset for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) design such as Cadence
- Advanced English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Electrical Engineering degree
- Project Management experience, 2 years +
- Team Building skills
- Leading without authority experience

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
