Consult with the technical teams when required.- Overall responsibility for the execution of the Product Engineering Process (PEP).- Compliance with the overall PEP regulation and its requirements.- Accountable for the project management and balance the project constraints e.G. time, budget and scope, e.G. compare the baselined and actual VQ budget, ensure VQ milestones are on track, etc.- Handle customer escalations (Internal / External)- Support change management on project level (Documentation and evaluation of the received change request). Ensure the change request is reviewed and approved by the assigned internal review committee as defined by (PEP).- Create a project charter, when a project gets initiated and track its approval and content until project closure- Responsible for the documentation of the new project initiation. Creating a VQ project, confluence space to capture all requirements, technical documents, minutes of meeting etc.- Create project schedule in VQ, define the milestones required and assign the required resources to the project.- Ensure that the resources assigned to the project are assigned and tracked to the project tasks in VQ in collaboration with the resource manager.- Ensure timesheets are filled on time by the team for continuous tracking- Maintain the documentation in the VQ project summary information (overall project status, schedule, costs, planned activities, accomplishments, change requests, any project risks, progress of risks, release dates, project closure etc.)- Coordinate with different teams for technical dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.- Ensure collaboration for planning and management of all releases with the technical support teams and all other relevant stakeholders.- Responsible for identifying any potential project risks, evaluate the impact analysis- Ensure team is complaint to defined development standards and processes- Responsible for the project closure, review and ensure to close all the project related Jira tickets, archive all the relevant information for future access to relevant stakeholders.- Responsible for the On-boarding & Training (KT plan) of the associate and tracked to closure
