**Your Team responsibilities**
The successful TPM is expected to be confident, well organized, communicates well with all Technology and Product stakeholders and manages all risks and issues to prompt closure. Additionally, the TPM manages resources across functions to meet commitments and manages financial spend against approved financial targets for all expenditures.
The TPM will report to the Business Technology Program Management lead and is evaluated based on competency in milestone, project delivery and satisfaction of the product goals. They will lead the Product deployment from start to finish: idea, business case, prioritization, design, deployment and operation. They will facilitate business requirements conversations, shepherd the process using Business Analytical skills and methodologies, and actively engage the stakeholders through solutioning and design using their expertise in the technology platform at hand.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Working in an agile way using prioritization methods, mínimal viable product, SCRUM, WSJF, Kanban, story points, poker planning, and other agile methods.
- Working with other program managers to build program roadmaps.
- Understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts of decisions being made in the program/project in question.
- Strong and execute-level communication skills; ability to be assertive, concise, proactive and self-driven.
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Program Management:
- Proven track record and ability to manage technology projects through agile methodologies (software development, process re-engineering, business platform implementation)
- Demonstrates solid Stakeholder, Client and Vendor management skills - leverage interpersonal skills to direct and manage solutions and coordinate with Client demands
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral form
- Excels in negotiation skills/techniques with internal delivery teams or vendors to manage work execution.
- Inspires loyalty and trust, handles oneself ethically, demonstrates high integrity standards
- Experience managing staff and directing project teams to complete required tasks and activities
- Self-Driven and Motivated - ability to be productive without significant supervision
- Business Analyst:
- Working with the stakeholders to gather and agree requirements
- Enable conditions that would facilitate the definition and provide assistance in the documentation of the MVP definition.
- Work closely with project and product stakeholders to ensure that the direction of the development team is always in line with the requirements.
- Gain a good understanding of the technology being deployed to ask the key questions and be involved in decision making
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Technical Background:
- Ample Agile program management experience 7 years minimum (must have)
- Agile certification (nice to have)
- Knowledge and Experience managing projects in JIRA (nice to have)
- Systems Engineering or Computer Science background (nice to have)
