Projects will vary in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions.Some projects will involve business process change and IT aspects. Projects may target productivity improvement, cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction (through improved system architecture), and/or compliance enhancement.Expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development, and process improvement execution. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. Work closely with both business and IPM to help identify, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule potential new project work within a portfolio roadmap. This includes analysis of requests and ideas for projects as well as developing recommended solutions to business issues. Seek and support opportunities for continuous improvement and process re-engineering activity worldwide.Take ownership and demonstrate clear leadership of assigned projects.
