.**Employee Applicant Privacy Notice****Who we are**:LI-SH1Please submit resumes in English**The role**:We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to advance financial inclusion and digital transformation in Latin America by implementing new clients or programs on our platform.Galileo removes the complexities of payments to enable companies to focus on providing their customers with seamless card issuing and peerless digital banking experiences. On our team, you will be responsible for creating a great customer experience during new program implementation - reviewing business requirements, flows, creating implementation plans, opening and closing JIRA tickets, coordinating client's meetings and coordinating efforts with Association and Embosser companies.**What you'll do**:- Review status of projects, sets deadlines, manages schedules and prepares status reports.- Furnish planning, consultation, and advisory services on implementations to both the client community and internal team.- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.- Partner with technical operations teams to resolve client issues.- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.- Manage internal project staff resources to execute project plans and interface with the client.- Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions.- Ensure the requirements for new projects are communicated appropriately to ensure that the needs of the client will be fulfilled.- Requires effective leadership and facilitation skills in project planning and execution, risk and issue mitigation and escalation to management when appropriate.**What you'll need**:- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience- Experience with G-Suite, Lucidchart, Splunk, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack.- Analytical problem solving skills- Experience working closely with customers and clients- Experience providing basic technical support and working closely with technical operations teams- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience preferred- Organization and prioritization skills- Preferably industry experience within Fintech, Mexican clearing houses, Payment Associations, Embossers or Banks- Fluency in English and Spanish**Why you'll love working here**:- Competitive salary packages and bonuses- Supplemental medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits
